Dover Athletic under 15s faced the unknown challenge from the top end of  the table Bredhurst who currently sit in second place in the league. Recent results from Dover have not gone their way however from a positive changing room it saw the home side come out from the kick off all guns blazing. The first goal came from Alfie Wilkins running down the left wing passing a number of players and then placing the ball into the top corner. This was followed up by a second  from an awesome distractionrun from Euan Bunn which opened up the goal for Ewan Alexander to shoot a screamer into the goal . The half continued with Dovers dominance and two further goals , one from Ewan Alexander and a penalty from Harry Meleady.

The second half again saw the boys start with the same energy as the first with all the team playing with passion , strength and positive team spirit.

Further goals came from Alfie Wilkins after pressing their defence and pushing through and a well placed shot passed the keeper. Lucas Faraone-Horton scored after having a ball threaded through to him and Ewan Alexander completed his hat trick after a quick free kick . This was created after Jamie Sheldrick saw the opportunity and passed a quick ball to  Ewan who shot a low power ball into the far corner giving the keeper no chance.

The final goal came from Euan Bunn and a long power shot making the final score 8-0 .

This was a positive determined demonstration from all the boys and left the parents and coaches with a big smile . COYW !!!!
