The sun was shining on the U13’s who beat Faversham Town 0-1,in a very tough away game.

In a goalless 1st half, Dover had the majority of possession but were denied a number of chances.

The 2nd half was equally as tough but Dover managed to create a number of chances & their persistence paid off when new signing, Zaire Smith was put through by Lucas Arnold to finish a superb one on one with the goalkeeper for his first goal for the team.

Faversham fought till the end, creating their own chances and were unlucky as one chance hit the bar & the resulting hit had to be cleared off the line,But Dover’s defence worked hard and remained solid to keep their 0-1 victory.

The U13’s will meet Cuxton FC at home next week in the county cup.
