The score line did not reflect Dover’s dominance throughout, with the
weather and very boggy pitch playing a big part and making for a difficult
and untidy game.

Dover had plenty of chances but hit the cross bar and post twice before
eventually finding the back of the net when Luca Ambriz fired home.
Ambriz has been strong and consistent this season and has proven very
clinical especially in the last few months.
The half ended just 1-0 with Dover left baffled that it wasn’t a lot more.

Second half and the game got even tougher with the heavy rain falling but
their was a moment of sunshine when Enoch Mobio scored a potential goal of
the season.

As Dover again attacked, Kennedy whipped in a cross from the wing finding
Mobio in space just outside the box to rifle home a left footed volley which
the keeper could only stand and watch. A fantastic strike and great
technique to adjust his body and keep the ball straight.

A rather uneventful game but another 3 points for the whites and a fantastic
end to a busy week of football.
3 games in 7 days and the full 9 points to take away.

Well played lads.
