Dover rounded off their summer series of tournaments this weekend with another win. With two teams entered into this 5 aside tournament, Dover found themselves facing a stern test against some tough Kent Youth League Central teams. In hot summer conditions both Dover teams again reached the latter stages of the tournament with one side reaching the semi finals only to lose narrowly losing with the last kick of the match. The other Dover team were imperious winning all 8 of the games to claim the trophy for the Dover u14s yet again. 4 wins out of the last 5 tournaments entered Dover now willing be looking to take this form forward as they switch their focus to a challenging run of pre season friendlies before the new season kicks off.
